I'M UNSURE IF THE GYM OR ONLINE PROGRAMME IS FOR ME

We can discuss on a call when you complete the application form. But the Online Programme is for men who either live to far away from Wigan to do in person sessions or cant make the schedule work.

WHAT RESULTS WILL I SEE?

Within 2 weeks you will be feeling clearer, sleeping better with more energy. Within a month your clothes will be fitting much better

Over 12-16 weeks you can drop over 10kg of FAT & 5 Inches off your Belly (if you have that to lose)

You will be markedly Stronger & Fitter.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT / WHAT IF I'M OVERWEIGHT?

NO! This is a common concern people have before starting. The programme and your nutrition will be brought to meet you at your current level and we simply improve from that point forward. 

HOW MUCH IS IT & HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAMME / COMMITMENT?

£200 per calendar month paid though our secure membership software. We want to work together for a minimum of 3 months to ensure you see real results. 95% of clients continue well after this period too.

Wigan. 55 Kenyon Road, Swinley, WN1 2DU. We are behind Sherringtons Bar and BD2 Designs

For the Online Programme you can be based anywhere in the world!

WHEN ARE THE SMALL GROUP PT SESSIONS?

Monday & Wednesday 6pm & 7pm

Friday 6am & 7am

Saturdays 8am (2 per month)

WHAT IF I CANT MAKE 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK?

To get results the magic number of training sessions per week is 3 (for busy men)

That doesn't mean all 3 have to be in my gym - a lot of my guys travel with work / have other commitments.

There are Gym Programmes and Home / Holiday Programmes in a private members portal you will get access too.

WHAT IF I HAVE NIGGLES / MEDICAL ISSUES?

We can generally work round most issues. However this is something we can discuss on a call.

WHAT KIT DO I NEED FOR THE ONLINE PROGRAMME?

Ideally you will have a commercial gym membership to follow your programme in EG JD, Fitness First etc

If its a garage set up, you will need a Barbell & weights, Dumbbells, Squat Rack and 1 Fitness Kit (ie rower)

If you are very unfit / overweight I have a minimal kit plan that will take you so far and then you will need to take one of the above options

DO YOU DO 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING TOO?

Yes but with very limited spaces. If you specifically want to discuss this please let me know on your application form.
